I’m Nayda L. Marrero Cardona, a Family Nurse Practitioner licensed in Florida and the founder of My Sweet Health.
Born and raised in Puerto Rico, I bring the warmth of my culture, a deep sense of community, and over a decade of healthcare dedication to every patient I meet.
I graduated with my Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner in October 2024, but my journey in healthcare began much earlier. Along the way, I’ve earned a Master in Health Services Management, a Bachelor in Nursing, and a Bachelor in Biomedics. This strong academic foundation allows me to combine clinical expertise with a big-picture understanding of healthcare systems — so my patients receive care that’s both high-quality and well-coordinated.
I am also the proud wife of a U.S. Military Veteran, and I understand the unique challenges and sacrifices military families face.
My Care Philosophy
