Whether you’re managing a chronic condition or just need quick help when you’re sick, I’m here to support you—on your time, your schedule, your way.
My background includes a Master’s in Nursing (Family Nurse Practitioner), a Master’s in Health Services Management, a Bachelor’s in Nursing, and a Bachelor’s in Biomedicine. As a military veteran’s wife, I understand the importance of resilience, compassion, and trust in healthcare.
My philosophy is simple: knowledge is power. I believes the more you understand your health, the more empowered you are to live well. I’ll always explain your options clearly so you feel empowered—not overwhelmed.
